So even though I LOVE making dresses, sometimes I mix it up and make separates (that conveniently look like dresses). The top is a Seamwork Bo and the skirt is a self-drafted gathered skirt. Let me know if you’re interested in me posting step by step instructions on how I made this skirt. Both pieces are made from canvas that I got at Fabric.com. This is a bit stiffer than my normal linen and waxprints, but since Autumn is right around the corner, I think these will be perfect transition pieces.
